All prices listed are for double occupancy and are subject to change without notice.

In-Season Dates: May 15 – October 15 and major weekends
Off-Season Dates: October 15 – May 15

There is a 2-night minimum stay during the months of July and August.

The rates are based on double occupancy. Additional guests are charged $30.00 per person per night (children 12 and under stay free). Rates are subject to 9% Maine Sales Tax.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, checks, and cash.

Reservation and Cancellation Policies

A one-night non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is collected 7 days prior to arrival, at which point it becomes non-refundable.

If canceling less than 24 hours prior (off-season) or 14 days prior to arrival (in-season), guests are responsible for the full cost of the stay.

A $50.00 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations, regardless of timing.

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in: 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Check-out: 11:00 a.m.

If arriving later than 6:00 p.m., please contact us via email or phone to confirm your arrival time.

Breakfast

Breakfast is included and served between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m., unless prior arrangements are made for an earlier time. We are unable to accommodate breakfast service after 9:00 a.m.



Property Policies

This is a non-smoking property.

Pets are welcome; however, they are only permitted in the Terrace and Granite suites. Please notify us when making your reservation.

There are also two nearby pet spas where pets can be boarded during your stay.
